The granulators of the heavy duty series are highly effective machines for size reduction of plastic waste having greater wall thickness and overall dimensions which do not allow processing without preliminary preparation of granulators of the small series. The output of the heavy duty granulators makes them suitable for being included in the composition of technological lines for processing of plastic waste of PP, HDPE, LDPE, PA, PS, PET, ABS, PMMA etc. The constructions are split, stable welded, ribbed and annealed ones. The rotors are borne on heavy duty roll bearings, situated in bearing housings, located outside the corpus, which protects them from the size reduced plastic and the temperature changes in the  process of cutting. The split corpus allows quick opening of the machine and perfect approach for cleaning and change and adjustment of the knives as well. Each granulator of the above series is standard offered with a pneumatic transport system for discharge of the recycled material from the area of cutting and its transfer to the cyclone hopper completed with a position for filling of bags. The opening of the top half of the corpus and the hopper for the various models could be mechanical or hydraulic version. Depending on the specifics of the processed articles the company is able to develop in short termss granulators, suitable for the individual requirements of the client. For the recycling of hollow articles, tubes and profiles the company is able to perform special versions of the machines.
